Several Cape towns are participating in ArtWeek, September 30 through October 9, a statewide celebration of art, culture and creativity. Presented by Highland Street Foundation and produced by Citi Performing Arts Center, ArtWeek is a biannual, ten-day festival that features unique and creative experiences that are hands-on, interactive or offer behind-the-scenes access to artists or the creative process.
