Despite Town Meeting's approval of a revised accessory apartment bylaw last month, Falmouth Water Quality Management Committee vice chairman Virginia Valiela said Thursday afternoon, May 4, that things may not be so easy for widespread interested property owners after all. The committee concluded that about 75 percent of Falmouth properties would be subject to additional restrictions under the bylaw, due to water-quality concerns.
