Dog owners who live outside Mashpee but who like to bring their canines to the Mashpee Dog Park have expressed concern about planned parking restrictions at the park. Starting July 1, the Mashpee Board of Selectmen decided last Monday, May 15, that anybody parking in the Friends of Mashpee Dog Park's parking lot must possess a valid Town of Mashpee sticker, available only to residents of Mashpee.
