A nonprofit group seeking to build 30 affordable rental housing units off Quaker Meetinghouse Road received the verbal blessings of the zoning board of appeals on Tuesday night Specifically, the zoning board and the town engineering department asked the developer, the Women's Institute for Housing and Economic Development, to make a crosswalk across Quaker Meetinghouse Road more visible and add some grading to a proposed entrance. "They are very close-there's not much more needed," zoning board chairman Robert Jensen said after the meeting.
