The Sandwich Fire Department called in off-duty personnel and requested mutual aid from Bourne, Mashpee, Osterville/Centerville and West Barnstable Friday night, July 1, as it responded to multiple storm-related calls, including two houses struck by lightning. Fire fighters responded to two calls at 11:20 PM on July 1 about lightning strikes at 58 and 67 Greenville Drive.
