Department of Public Works employees and vehicles, fixtures on Pimlico Pond Road for the past few months, finished their work this week leaving a smooth, clean roadway in their wake. But the Pimlico Pond project, which included repaving and extensive drainage work, is one of a limited number of projects that public works can tackle this year on an underfunded budget.
