After spending more than 10 years in the Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School District, Kenneth W. Girouard has returned to his hometown as the assistant principal of Bourne High School. Mr. Girouard was born on the Otis Air National Guard Base, now known as Joint Base Cape Cod.
