The final design plans for a new skate park-including a shaded barbecue area, and lots of rails, curbs, banks, and bowls all with a circular flow-were delivered to Sandwich Recreation Director Guy J. Boucher this week. "I know it is taking longer than we hoped, but hope the old adage of 'all good thing come to those who wait' is true," Mr. Boucher said in an e-mail to skaters, bikers, and town officials who have been awaiting the final concept package.
