The long-awaited trial involving neighbors' fight against an aerial adventure park at Heritage Museums & Gardens began this week with attorneys on both sides laying out their legal strategies over three days of testimony in Barnstable Superior Court. The trial opened on Tuesday, October 17, with only a few spectators sitting in the courtroom of Judge Cornelius J. Moriarty II.
